The Bakery Department produces high quality gluten free El Peto brand products with natural and nutritious ingredients. The formulations are created taking consideration of a variety of diets such as:  Celiac Disease, varies food allergies, Autismn and other autoimmunse diseases due to undiagnosed celiac disease (for more information see our health section).
